This is a family run business set up by Vikki in 2011.
Vikki has worked in the Animal Industry for over 25 years. She started off volunteering as a teenager in vet practice for a number of years and helping out on a livestock farm in Scotland. Vikki was a Rehoming officer for North East Animals at Risk and went on to move around the country with her husband who was in the Army.
She has worked in a wide variety of places with Exotic Animals working closely with Reindeer for a number of years. She went to college as a mature student and gained qualifications in Animal Management covering Animal Health, biology, breeding, wildlife rehabilitation and exotic animal management. She managed a farm park and built up education packages for school children in the farm park industry. She also coordinated birthday parties for a number of years, again incorporating animals into the package.
She has completed her PTTLS Teaching course. Vikki has also completed a Bird Management course working with Birds of Prey. Setting up her own business with animals has been a passion of hers and she has finally acheived her dream. Animal Welfare is paramount and Vikki has enjoyed teaching children from key stage 1 upto young adult learners in animal care and welfare for a number of years. Vikki also lectured at Houghall College in Animal Care and Exotics for a number of years teaching young adults.
Vikki’s husband and daughter Holly share her passion for animals, sharing their home with a wide variety of weird and wonderful creatures.
